This would normally be right up my street, but if Tom Holland is given the lead role my interest will be severely diminished.

I really don't feel like he's leading male material.

That's the second biggest issue (outside of Holland) that's putting me off, I do tend to enjoy Nolan's movies but good lord the sound mixing is horrendous.

Interstellar is the only time I almost walked out of a movie I was actually enjoying, it was so shockingly loud in one or two scenes I actually found it painful. I've been told it's because he specifically mixes for IMAX and any other viewing platform suffers as a result, not sure if that's true but if so it's an odd angle to take.

Honestly, a big Nolan fan needs a separates home cinema system just so they can pump up the volume of the centre speaker for dialogue.

Matt Damon plays Odysseus, so I would imagine he is the lead

Can't wait to see the trailer for this, with that cast, Matt Damon as the lead and coming from Chris Nolan this should be epic. Also Anne Hathaway and Charlize Theron, what's not to love.

As a huge fan of The Odyssey and the Iliad, I feel like this movie will just end up annoying the hell out of me with inaccuracies (even that image above, if its supposed to be Odysseus, is chock full of wrongs) but we'll see.

I think this is going to be awesome! Greek Mythology has always been of interest to me but I find the films in this area often aren't great... clash of the titans... ugh.
