Chrome alternative?

Hey guys,

So been using Chrome for god knows how long now, but it has just become way too laggy. It gets so bad that having 4 tabs creates a lag in the browser where if I highlight text, the cursor will be 1 second behind if that makes sense.

I've reinstalled, cleared cache etc but to no avail.

So, does anyone recommend a good alternative?

I personally use Firefox due to more customisation then Chrome and Opera,end of the day it's really a preference thing.

Chrome hasn't become 'way too laggy' for me. There's probably a bug of sorts that exists on your system.

AMD video drivers, broken extensions, malware, AV realtime scanning, corrupt profile are the usual culprits.

You should have IE on your system to install Firefox to use as your main browser with chrome as your backup browser.

Are you currently using any other browser apart from, Google Chrome? If so..Are they behaving in the same manner, also, for you?

I use Chrome, Firefox and Opera.
