Chrome Brightness Changes

Chrome keeps changing brightness... it seems to do it just after it's finished loading a page.

Also if I right click to bring up a context menu it does the same.

I don't remember enabling it, can't find anything on google, nor can I find any Chrome options to remove it.

Any ideas?
