Chrome broken :/

For some reason, since I did a PC cleanup today with CC cleaner, Google Chrome displays websites in basic html as default.

So Overclockers main page is basically white with a list of text for each tab, rather than the normal look.

Other than a reinstall (unless it saves my favourites etc), is there any way to fix this? Quite annoying, some sites come up fine, others are stuck in basic html view.
 
Still having issues. Youtube and Overclockers are the two main pages that won't load. Says I haven't got flash installed, but I have :/
 
Just tried a reinstall, and it doesn't seem to have helped :/

Think it might have something to do with registry settings I cleaned the other day, going to try finding my backup.
 
Put my registry back as before, still having issues. Really want to use this browser for everything, would appreciate more advice :/
