Chrome did not shut down correctly

Every time I start up Google Chrome on this laptop I get an error stating it did not shut down correctly would I like to restore the previous session.

My Mum also gets the same problem on her laptop.

Both on Win XP Pro SP3.

Is this a common problem?

Can't say I have any issues with the same setup on my W7 Pro PC.

I have now upgraded my laptop to Windows 7 and Chrome has no issues.

Any ideas on the issue though as my Mum's XP Pro laptop still has the same problem.
