Chrome Favicons

I'm using the Dev version of Chrome, win7 ultimate x64
The past few weeks my favicons went haywire and now are all randomly assigned to one another. Anyone come across the same or can offer any fixes?

Is it worth going to chrome stable or beta?

Mine recently went blank, but all I had to do is revisit the pages for it to pick them up again.

Mine have gone nuts. About two-thirds of them are now Wikipedia. Guess that's the risk you run when using pre-beta software!
