Chrome greyed out behind overlay

Hi Guys

I'm finding a few websites are getting greyed out, looking like there's an overlay somewhere. I have tried deleting ALL history. Tried zooming in and out. Deleted Malwarebytes extension.

You can see the example below, the whole site is greyed out, I cannot select the cookie options. It works fine in incognito mode. Anyone got any tips to sort this?

It was happening with WeTransfer the other day. The Malwarebytes extension deletion worked for that one.

Try starting Chrome with your extensions disabled to see if one of them is causing the issue?

If that makes no difference then reinstall it.

Wow.... When I disabled the quidco extension it worked!!! Bizarre, thank you VERY much!! I didn't think those extensions would have an effect on the overlays. Thought it would have been the ad blockers.

Had a similar issue with Screwfix with the Topcashback extension installed. Worked fine in Incognito mode. Disabling the extension and it worked fine.

It only affects the Screwfix website.
