Hey all,

I consider myself fairly tech savy but have been unable to resolve several issues I have had with my Windows 10 PC that have been ongoing for a long time.

IF I create a new Chrome User Data folder the issue doesn't happen, but as soon as I sync the issue reappears....I have another Win 11 PC that is synced without this issue.

In the attached screenshot you can see the error I receive on say AVforums, everytime I load a new page on there, the error appears. I can click off it np but it's just annoying.

Does anyone have any ideas what to do? As mentioned previously if I create a new user data folder it's gone, but I would like to fix my current one due to as soon as I sync my google chrome profile it reappears.

This doesn't happen in Firefox so 99% sure its a chrome settings/code problem.

Secondly and probably more annoying, baring in my mind my second PC which is Windows 11 works absolutely fine. On this Windows 10 PC, completely randomly websites will just not load, just the constant spinning refresh symbol. Only really solved via a restart. I have reset the networks on this PC so no DNS set etc does anyone have any ideas as to what I could do to fix this? It happens COMPLETELY randomly, might happen twice in one day or once every 5 days, things like downloading from Steam, Torrents or anything not linked to a website still work fine but any browser will just not load/refresh a website.

Please ask for more info if needed.

Any help on either point appreciated.

Just to add in an edit when posting this, the same message popped up for here, I close the error message and refresh and my post is here....

Are there any extensions also syncing over? I would try disable them and see how it goes, although assuming the W11 profile also has the same extensions with the same extension settings seems a bit odd it's fine there.

Another thing to check within Chrome is secure DNS, not sure what it's like now but last time I tried to use secure DNS in Chromium based browsers sometimes the page refused to load properly.
