Chrome issues

Hi All i,m having a strange thing happening on Chrome 29 , when i push on the home button it goes to something called Searcherportal.co.uk , anyone know how to get rid of this ? or any info ? thanks :confused:

You might have an unwanted plugin/extension installed.

chrome://plugins/
chrome://extensions/

Please post screenshots of both lists.

You should do a full system scan using Malwarebytes in safe-mode.

Ok so how do i run Malwarebytes in safe mode ?

1) Check add or remove programs to see if there's a listing there.

2) Check plugins and extensions too.

3) Why are you using commas as apostrophes?

When you change the home page back to google.co.uk or whatever, does it change itself back to Searcherportal.co.uk when you restart Chrome?

I think i,ve sorted it out ..if you go into setting and see Appearance , under that change the open this page to use the new tab page , and it works fine

don,t ask me why or what it is lol
