There is a keyboard shortcut of some kind in Chrome that closes the open window with no warning or prompts or saving, it just goes.

I know this because I have accidentally managed to press it a couple of times. But I have no idea what it is!

Anyone know?

alt + F4 will close the entire program and control + W will close the current window. there might be other shortcuts floating around though

Ctrl-W only closes the current tab, not the whole window, and its not Alt-F4 as I have managed to do it accidentally while typing, and the F4 key is out of reach.

Ctrl+Shift+w closes all tabs in the current window without warning, but it is quite an odd thing to accidentally press!

Incidentally Ctrl+Shift+t will open them all again (from within a chrome window)
