Chrome not displaying content correctly?

Hey guys, Chrome is not displaying things in the nature that is intended, I have created an image to help show this.

If you know how to correct this, then please, I would love to know. >.<

Twitch should use asterisks. Are other sites affected?

Seems to fine on most websites, I think at the moment it just happens on Twitch and on some certain things, instead of the seeing the following:

'that's'
I would see, 'thatís'
