Bit of a strange one, the bell seems to be missing from the menu bar on my OS X machine - the only threads I can find online relate to people trying to get rid of it, rather than getting it to appear. Anybody seen similar?
I've tried uninstalling, wiping settings, reinstalling and such but no cheese. Definitely got "rich notifications" enabled in chrome://flags and have tried various combinations of enabling/disabling this and restarting. Hangouts icon from Chrome appears in the menu bar, so it's not like a lack of access or whatever...
