Chrome on iPhone issue?

I've got a weird (I think) issue with Chrome on my iPhone 5.

When I search in chrome on my iPhone I get a page of search results. If I tap any of the links nothing happens. I can hold on the link and open in a new tab but I can't get it to go directly to the link.

Any ideas?

It did that earlier on my iPad, I just used Safari in the end, I didn't look into the issue.

It's doing my head in, surely this isn't a feature lol!

I use chrome on everything else so the synching is really useful

and its working fine again? I think it might be something to do with requesting the desktop site because when I had the issue my results were coming up very small, like a full web page, now its working and the results come up looking like they've been formatted for mobile.

Odd.

Anyway, happy! And I can continue replacing iOS stock apps with better alternatives, its a fun game

iPhone issue

Furthermore, I have seen this type of issue in my iphone but after that I never use chrome. I use safari and other browser without any error.
