Chrome Pop-up Window Problem

Over the last couple of days if I click on a link that opens a pop-up window (eg the ones to log in to Facebook etc) it opens but remains blank?

IE works fine, I've also disabled adblockplus and checked for chrome updates.

I've tried a quick search on google but couldn't find an answer can you guys help?

Seems the problem is being caused by Trusteer Rapport.

Edit

Updating to the latest version of Rapport from the website fixes the issue.
(Check for updates doesn't work)
