Chrome spell check

Try changing the spell checker language to English (United Kingdom)...? Can't say I've seen any problems with it on my Chrome installs.

Already is. It works, but doesn't recognise misspellings that Word or a Google search would. I also don't have the flexibility to change it. One if the most common annoyances is when I make the type dont' and it autocorrects to don't'.

Chrome auto-corrects? or did I miss read.

There are words that it doesn't know but nothing a right-click add to dictionary doesn't solve.

Reviving this thread here. I am multi-lingual and write in both Dutch and English, but one thing that really bothers me about Chrome's spell-check is that it isn't able to automatically switch languages. On my Macbook Pro it somehow manages to, but I guess that is because OS X has a built-in checker. Why is this not possible on Windows?

Anyone? It is driving me nuts at the moment. Even when I change languages (so from, say, Dutch back to English), Chrome is still stuck in the previous language until you select a word. All words are still underlines in red, in other words, and only new text is recognised in the selected language. Extremely frustrating.
