Chromecast and Hifi Amp?

Hi all

I'm thinking of getting a Chromecast when released in the UK, and I want to have it connected to my HiFI just for Google Music no video.....so my plan was to get below to extract just the audio then send to my Hifi....should this work and sound ok?

I guess no one knows as no one has a chromecast.......I think it should work....?.....

Cool thanks for info....now just have to worry about adapter to the stereo amp as it has no HDMI....

Update on this, I have bought the little HDMI audio extractor and hoping it will be delivered before the weekend for a test....

Cool cheers mate, I like the one I bought because it says it does not require an extra power supply but we will see how it goes.....

Woooo works great!! No set-up just took out of TV and plugged in and it was ready to go!! Super cheap wireless audio!

I'm sure my CD deck would sound better as a source but sounds pretty damn good to me!!
