Chronosync Question

I have more than just me accessing our wireless network here.

How do I go about setting up Chronosync to sycnronise my Mac Pro's Documents folder with my MacBook Pro's Document folder without anyone else being able to access (via IP address - which the 'Sharing' settings on OSX seems to suggest will be possible).

Oh, hang on - I misread it. It's not via IP, it's via AFP://0.0.0.0 - so is that secure against just being able to access it over the same wireless network?

I don't know the answer but AFP is a protocol over IP and can be secured with a username and password but I don't think its encrypted.
