If I want to syncronise a Mac Pro and Macbook Pro so that I have the exact same files (in certain areas, eg documents) on both do I have to do this via an external HDD or can it be done directly over a wireless network?

So there's no way to sync directly between the two? It has to go via a NAS/external HDD or whatever?
