chucky tv series

Did all the chucky films, then the TV series and what a great TV series it has been so far. I think its a rarity to see classic hit films go from the big screen and run for so long with film sequels and then make a TV series to continue it all.....with the original cast from the films.... like 20 years later.

Maybe only Star trek has gone so much from the big and then small screen, back and forth over 55 years

Anyhow more important news, Chucky Season 2 announced :)

Not bad finale, a lot going on!
They really did Nica bad :( Junior was just rubbish, I expected more evil from him and he was a useless letdown.
It was a great finale, the whole show has been great.

What helps however is mancini being involved with all of chucky I think, he has been able to tell the story he wanted and keep consistency.

The reboot(that he didn't touch) was a side note that was quickly forgotten

So I missed out on the season when it was on TV. Just watched the first two episodes.
Can anyone here tell me where to watch it now? Is it on Netflix or HBO or HULU?

I think they’re milking the on-screen time for chucky and showing him in broad daylight in many of the episodes, which kills his menace. The thriller aspect is what made the first movie so good imo.

It’s not a spoiler given the end of season 1 to say that multiple Chuckys running around seems like it would be more fun but the number of times they’ve pulled the bait and switch already in season 2 is grinding on me.

Will stick with it though.
