A friend bought one as part of his build. Pretty good for the money but his suffered from backlight bleeding at the edges of the screen.
Not that he would notice that much, but coming from a Dell 24" I noticed it straight away.
It is a good value monitor but ultimately I guess you get what you pay for. I'd say if you can stretch to something better then do it, but its by no means poor.
I was thinking of an Acer AL2216W, but apparently thats only good for office use, so then I thought, maybe I can stretch to a Hyundai N220W-D 22" Widescreen.
What do you think about the Hyundai?, or maybe the Acer is better really?
I have seen the Hyundai and I think it is a nice monitor for the price. I think it is quite nice for the price to be honest and if I was to get a 22" I would probably get that one instead of the Samsung.
tbh picking the differences in two TN panel monitors 20-22" is so small it's un noticable anyway. I'd just get the cheapest, but then im well tight and don;t care wht things look like.
liyama do good 22" screens.
btw the Cibox has a better Contrast ratio of 1000:1 compared to the Hyundai.
