Cic 750w psu be enough?

I've had cic psu before and my 5770 almost killed it, 470 will be far too much for cic.

Better off buying corsair or seasonics, even xfx will do for strong as 470 will be
 
I have a Corsair 750w which i bought 2 years ago, not had any problems with it, would echo the sentiments here, when i looked into this a couple of years ago, i got pretty much the same advice accross the board get a decent PSU

PS how long would you keep a PSU before you replace it due to age, i will probably build a new system in another 18 to 24 months, will my current PSU be ok or will it be to old by then in the sense, it's best days are behind it?

Replace if it begins to cause problems but it should last for awhile even for a new build in the future.

I own a corsair HX750 its being best bit of kit, spent money on well worth it
