As the title really, just had a go with a mate (theo on the forums) and we had a go at making two different types of cider, cider from pressed apples, (from my trees) and cider made from apple juice, after a few mishaps everything seems to be going nicely but only time will tell, basically wondering if anyone else has done much brewing mainly cider but also wine mead beer etc and if anyone had any tips for making nice cider, not expecting much from our first batch , would post a picture but its currently looks like water saturated with poo so not very exciting!
