Cider kits, fermentation temp

I cant store the cider anywhere with in the correct temperature range for the fermentation process.
I does say, a little longer if low temperature, but if I was to put it in the attic (over the detached garage) how much longer would be needed?

How much colder is it likely to be? Yeast will really slow down and even stall if it's too cold.

It should be fine as long as the temperatures are above 5C.
I'd imagine it will take at least another two weeks, maybe even up to a month if it is very cold.

Have you got any old blankets or duvets you could wrap around the fermenter?
