Roll your own! Better for you (relatively), cheaper, much much nicer, without hundreds of chemicals added to cigarettes

It’s a simple test. 3 fails in the space of 5 years and you pay for healthcare. Simple and morally right.
So What if you've already paid 200k worth of tax in your life.

You telling me you have to pay again even though you've already paid?

Fat people are a bigger issue tbh. At least smokers can still work. Fat people get sustained at the expense of everyone else because they can't even get out of bed without a forklift rental.

Its not morally right. When you refuse to treat people, you’re not only hurting them but innocent people around them. For example, is it right to deny lung cancer treatment to a 30 year old mum of two because she hasn’t been to quit smoking? Is it right to condemn those children to losing their mum?

To attempt to police recklessness, whether due to extreme activities or the cyclist scenario example above would be too difficult to police. I would however question the morality of facilitating the prioritisation of a kidney transplant to an (ex)alcoholic as an example.
