Cinderella Man - Words cannot explain...

After a friend saying this is one of the best films he has ever seen i decided to watch it.

The whole film is spectacular, the acting, the relationships that bridge together and its just simply breathtaking.

For those of you not in the know it is a Boxing film set in the Great Depression era of America.

Watch it, now :D

Anyone else agree that this film ranks up with Rocky ? :)

Very good film a touch long but very very good. Defin up there with rocky even though they are quite different films;)
 
Cinderella Man is a superb movie, as is Million Dollar Baby. Rocky's an all time classic in my eyes, but a little long in the tooth now.

A great movie can never be too long i.m.h.o.* i hate the fact that movies have to be trimmed down to please certain peeps.



*edit* unless your at a cinema and start to get a sore arse of course.
 
I'm a big boxing fan so went straight to the Cinema on it's release. I thought it was ok but very chiche in parts....give me Raging Bull any day.
 
Going to watch Million Dollar Baby and Raging Bull as soon as i can

Truly an astonishing film
