I've seen a couple of videos recently where they've used the cineskates - I assumed they'd found some wheels that fit on their mount and not a commercial product.

I like the idea of the cinesquid, but attaching a DSLR with L lens on the outside of a moving car or on the underbelly of a plane is madness in my eyes!

It's a tripod with wheels on. Pointless unless you're shooting on a marble floor or something.

A bit more expensive but it's probably better to get a Glidetrack or something, as said above you need to be on a smooth surface.

yeah I noticed that on one review, has to be flat or you will get bump footage !
