Cineworld codes, you know you Wuntu :D

Depends on the Cineworld, at all the ones I've been to they use red receipts for sales at the food counter which means the card was checked at point of sale by a member of staff, the ticket machines issue blue tickets which means the staff member is supposed to check the unlimited card with the ticket. If you can't present a card with a blue ticket they should not let you in.

There are ways around this as I found out when I had issues with my account (card and account became unlinked, they were aware of the issue and has since been resolved) but with the unlimited card available for as low as 1 full price ticket a month we all have cards.

Still using a Nokia 930 and no plans to "upgrade" for at least another year.

I guess it depends.
Because of where I live and where in-laws live, I cycle between 3 cinema's regularly - Ely, Huntingdon and Ipswich. I was about to say I honestly cannot remember the last time I didn't have my card checked (I use tickets on my phone rather than print-outs) but I wasn't checked yesterday.
Guy decided to do a full air steward on me as he scanned my tickets (Your screen is over there, the gents toilet is this way, the ladies is here, your seat numbers are....) and then forgot to look at the Unlimited cards!
