Circuit in Goswell Road?

So we are moving offices from Gray's Inn Road to Goswell Road in the next couple of months. We would be looking into getting a decent circuit put in and I was just wondering if anyone had any experience or tips to suggest?

Requirements: Either 10 Mbps WAN breakout -or- Leased Line back to Level(3) Goswell Road, Telecity HEX6/7, HEX8/9 or Global Switch 2. Ideally both would be on 100 Mbps so we have the upgrade option later.

I would imagine the WAN breakout would be the cheaper option, and it would be great if we could find a provider could switch from WAN breakout to a Leased Line (or any L2 service) on the same circuit.

Setup fees are important, I know that both BT and Virgin have fiber in the building but they are for specific tenants (rather than a central comms room).

Any suggestions? BT, Colt, Virgin?

Thanks in advance.

I work for level-3's biggest European colo reseller (we have presence in about 80% of goswell road (have an entire floor to ourselves I think) and braham street) and a decent presence in nearly all other London DCs

We have tonnes of circuits coming in through Colt and BT and we have several NNIs with them, in my own experience i'd say Colt tend to be far better, BT - so so, I'd steer clear of Virgin - not because of problems but because the lead times are so long, wrought with delays and other problems.. (we don't tend to deal with VM anymore because they're so slow)

In short - Colt or BT, i'm not a commercials person so couldn't tell you anything about costs!
