A friend has asked me to find some advice on what training his daughter should be doing. I'm hoping the knowledgeable folks on ocuk can lend a hand
His daughter is 14 and is hoping to compete in a 1500m circuit. She has been training for a while, mainly running on roads and some local tracks but I suppose he is looking for a more specific routine to get her fit for competitions in the future.
Any suggestions?
