Circulon Elite Pan Set £83 @Debenhams

Good man. Just ordered a set. My Stellar 7000s are good pans but, ever since I used my brother's Circulons, I've been itching to get some. Sadly I made my usual error of not going through Quidco  Could have saved myself another £4 :(

They do in the basket til you get to the actual checkout.
These were the ones I wanted, shame I nabbed the anolons recently lol
Still haven't used them either was waiting for some half decent spoons n stuff,

I so won't to commission my own, even designed them on sketch up. There's just no sensible pans out there. Massive handles so you can't fit in oven, not thick enough bases. Even Analon have reduced the thickness compared to their pre reymond range.
Then don't get me started on sizes compared to average hob size, even 5 ring burner jobs, pans don't fit.

Stupid metal fasteners on the inside. If it was thick enough you could just thread a hole in the side and not drill al the way through, or make the handle attachment area thicker.

I wonder how much it would cost to get cast iron made up, then enamelled.

Mine arrived while I was away. Got back on Friday and have used them a couple of times. Really good pans and the non-stick is awesome - even my porridge didn't stick this morning.

Not a big fan of the handle design - where the handles attach to the pans is a bit clunky and I agree with Glaucus about the silicon handles (this can be overcome by wrapping in a wet cloth and tin foil; a tactic I've used with the wooden handles on my cast iron frying pans. A bit of a faff but effective).

What is this innovative high-low food release system then? :/

Sounds like a load of bull.
