Is anyone using the above combination? I'm trying to get the phone to connect to the Sipgate servers but falling at the first hurdle. Using the latest SIP firmware (8.0.1) and have forwarded the relevant ports in my router (Speedtouch 780).

I've got it workign with a 7970, which is the same principle. Most important thing is making sure you have the phone's IP set as your external public IP address. Otherwise it doesn't work, so you'll need a static IP or better still a public range.

If you have a dynamic IP it's hard to get it working....

EDIT: not the phone's *actual* ip obviously but the value for it in the config file, I can't remember what exactly it's called...
