Cisco 857w - enable wep /wpa encryption ?

I have been trying to enable either WEP or WPA on my Cisco 857w.

First of all Im very new to Cisco so be gentle!

I want to enable WPA encryption but seem to be getting no where slowly

Can anyone point me in the direction of a step by step guide or even help me with the config.
