right at the moment I'm having problems with an annoying
systems admin, he's setup a Cisco 1200 series with a password and won't tell anyone, I have console access and Im sure theres a way to reset the password like there is with most cisco products

But Im having problems finding it, any ideas?

of course I know how to get into the Wireless access point (not a router) but it makes it a bit more difficult when your not given the access details...

then if ** not giving them you cant do the job. ;)

I think zen62619 is coming from the angle of, if your not able to crack it then why are you doing the job.

As you've managed to do it im sure its not a problem any longer. Worst case you get cisco out, they rob you or the client and the job gets done.
