I have been doing the Cisco CCNA course. A while ago our networking tutor was showing us a presentation. He pointed out something was wrong on the presentation, he said Cisco done it on purpose and because they are Cisco.

We are doing an assessment now where we make a network and make sure it works. The tutor also mentioned the switchport assignment on the assessment sheet are wrong. I had no experience Before doing this Cisco module which is part of a IT course.

Has anyone taken a CCNA course before?

I've done a CCNA course with the Open University in 2009, it was a cisco academy course so all of the course material was provided by Cisco. What is it you are confused about?

This switchport table for example:

The tutor said its meant to be:

Fa0/5 Fa0/7 Fa0/9 Fa0/11
Fa0/6 Fa0/8 Fa0/10 Fa0/12

My course materails from Cisco (accessed directly on the cisco website via the OU) didn't have any errors in it, if there are any errors in the material you have I daubt it would be intentional.

I disagree, there were numerous errors spotted on Cisco's online course content when I did the CCNA course last year, the majority of them in the Packet Tracer exercises.

If you're using the illegally downloaded version of the course then they will obviously be more common as it was made some time ago.
