Hi Guys,

Trying to sought out what is probably the easiest problem in the world but just can't figure it out.

I'm using GNS3 to configure a 2600 series cisco router. I have a host on one side connected to 192.168.3.1 (fa 0/1) and my computer connected to the other side of the router as 192.168.2.2 (fa 0/0). I can't ping past 3.1 if i'm going from the first side and my computer can't ping past 2.2.

I've tried rip, i've tired everything and it simply will not talk even with ip routes.

Any ideas?

Both ports ethernet ports in up/up status? Also, have you configured a loopback on your PC and connected to GNS3 via a cloud?

This is currently what I'm trying to do, I have a cloud setup to connect to both my loopback and local connection (setup the loopback to take internet from the local connection). I can get it to communicate with my machine now but not the internet.

Everything is up. The router within GNS3 can see my main internet router at 192.168.2.254 but the machine on the other side of the network can not. Is this something IP Routing would fix?
