Cisco IPT Test Tools

Greetings, to the best of my knowledge Cisco use several tools for testing there routing and IPT platforms namely being "CallGen" "SimClient" and "Chariot".

I would very much like to get ahold of some of these tools, does anyone know if they are publically avaliable?
