Cisco SMTP issue

I have just updated the IOS on my Cisco 857w and for the life of me I can't get it to forward SMTP traffic to my Exchange server.

I have created both a NAT entry and an Access rule as follows:

ip nat inside source static tcp 10.10.10.3 25 interface Dialer0 25

access-list 101 permit tcp any eq smtp host 89.xxx.yyy.zzz eq smtp

Now this has worked for me in the past but it isn't now, can anyone help please?

Ensure that access-list 101 is the right ACL, that it is applied to the dialer, and that the statement you have added has not been placed below any deny statements.
