Hi
I have 2 Cisco switches. One is working fine ie you connect it to a pc via cat5 and put in the i.p 10.0.0.1 and it goes to the express setup screen.
The other switch when you do the same it takes you to a text screen that says:-
Cisco Systems
Accessing Cisco WS-C2950G-24-EI "Switch"
Web Console - Manage the Switch through the web interface.
Telnet - to the router.
Show interfaces - display the status of the interfaces.
Show diagnostic log - display the diagnostic log.
Monitor the router - HTML access to the command line interface at level 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15
Connectivity test - unavailable, no valid nameserverdefined.
Extended Ping - Send extended ping commands.
Show tech-support - display information commonly needed by tech support
When I click Web console I get the page not found message
I have tried resetting it as per the Cisco instructions using the hold mode button method.
Any tip please?
