CISCO training.

Im going back next week for my final year of uni to finish my Computer Science degree.

I noticed that they have got a CISCO training scheme up and its £250 a pop. Would you think it is worth the investment for the future?

I'd jump at the chance, I wish my Uni had offered us the chance to do that.

Yep, they offered that too when I was doing a part time degree - assume you mean literally just the training and no actual cisco exams?

For me, i got a nice cisco certificate to say I'd passed all the training courses (not the actual exams) - I sat 4 exams.

Tbh, I learnt absolutely loads and really glad i did it. Make sure you know the material when it comes to exams though.

Have been asked about it in a few interviews and it's always a good thing if you can say you've done extra stuff.

Yeah I think you get a shiny certificate afterwards. Think im going to go for it
