Cisco VPN Client driving me up the wall

I've got a new Dell Latitude 7440 and the VPN Client will work fine in the office but whenever I'm on site or I try to connect at home I get an error stating the Virtual Adaptor can not be started - If I reinstall the client it works fine using the same profiles - what gives?

Version number is 5.0.07.0290 (x64)
 
I had a friend stressing out about that client not long ago, I'll ask what he did, might be of some help.

EDIT: quick phonecall later, he said he had to disable ICS, you could try that.
 
Yeah that was one of the first things I checked. Really strange that it only happens when I'm not in the office. The only difference is I'm not docked.
