Not sure then, last time I was looking it had a fee still but that was couple of months ago
I was about to ask if they have fixed the game already. I guess that link answered my question.
I thought it was decent during the beta but it had a lot of problems back then. I didn't buy it on release as I knew they had some issues still but was hoping they'd eventually fix them. I guess the fix is called Cities XL 2011.
I wonder if anyone at Valve was thinking 'hmm, do we really want to give this game more publicity' before posting the Midweek Madness offer.

Is it any good, sure it's cheap but if it's rubbish then it's still a waste of money.

Maybe its limited to 10 million!
Sometimes on Steam they run out of keys, especially at sale time. Maybe they only have a limited amount for that edition.
Or maybe its just a marketing ploy

well i got it for the half price 2011.
however, i had it a while back and did one of them 7day free trial things under my 'usual account'.
Now i have a full copy, i cant find anywhere to let me change account details and link my key to my current one (theres nowhere to login on the website at all). Dont really wanna make a different account to which ill probably forget the details to...
