citilink - not your usual thread

So, everyone keeps saying how poo citilink are. Well I missed a parcel the other day and phoned them up. What did they do? They put it on a van and sent it out to me that evening!

Very impressed by that. Was not expecting it and would just like to let you know - they aren't all that bad - credit where credit is due.

well i have never had a problem with them, but even this was out of the ordinary.

maybe the van was running late.
