Hey all, i ordered something for the first time on Wednesday night around 10pm. Naturally I am expecting it to come on Friday since the order wouldn't of been processed till Thursday. So anyways got an email from OC giving me the tracking number so I followed the link to the citilink website and it says in the current status "These goods have been successfully delivered.". Question is, where have these goods been delivered, if they have, cos I can't see them delivering it before Friday plus I didn't get it today. What's up with that? Have they given me the wrong tracking number?

Perhaps it means the goods have been delivered to Citilink in preparation for them to deliver to you?

I wouldn't put much faith in their tracking system anyway. Most times I use it my parcel doesn't even exist yet it always gets to me eventually :D

I had the same problem.

They recycle tracking numbers but sometimes a number is reassigned whilst a previous delivery is still in progress.

Yesterday I received an email claiming my x1950 was sent out. I checked the tracking and it said the order was delivered. I then proceeded to go on the rampage as building security said there was no delivery blah blah blah.

After several calls to citylink the tracking screen then showed my order as well as this phantom order, and now it only shows my order.
