Citrix PNA pass through authentication fails?

I've deployed PNA to many users before without any problems but this one user is experiencing issues.

I've configured it properly for 'pass-through authentication' but the user detail window consistently pops up whenever we try to access any applications.

The application still launches but i'm left with the login window which just doesn't go away unless i cancel it.

The options mirror every other user who has had pna installed but still having problems.

(everything is alright in AD)

Any ideas?
 
Yup and everything's fine.

The settings are the same throughout the citrix users but only this one user is experiencing this issue.
