Citrix XA65 and qfarm /load

A web search hasn't yielded any results so perhaps someone else has come across this before;

Example results from a qfarm /load query;

The majority of servers report 0 load. Yet these same servers are supporting multiple active sessions and when viewing the task list on the server directly we can see it’s under load. We can also see a server in this example is under full load and a one server has a licensing issue.

Anyone else come across this behaviour before?

are they all active XA servers in the same farm?

10000 usually means the server is still booting to stop clients connecting to it before it's ready. 20000 means it cannot see the license server or isn't licenses correctly.

Odd that you get the result 0 on servers with active sessions.

Do you get the same list when you run qfarm /online?

Time to run a DSCHECK methinks. Recreating all LHC would be an idea too.

Do you get the same list when you run qfarm /online?

So all servers seemingly report as online. Farm seems clean, yet I get the same load figures (ie the same servers reporting any load) regardless of which server I happen to run the qfarm query including the ZDCs. Even when running the query on servers I know are under load, they still report 0.

So odd.

Check the load evaluators assigned to those servers.
