Hi, so this is a weird one I can't quite get my head around.
I just joined YouFibre 900mbps and they provided me with an Arris NVG578LX1 router (I was told it it would be eero router but never mind) I realised immediately that I couldn't use certain apps on my phone Spotify, Taxi & Bus Apps, etc (No Connection error just a swirling loading animation). However when I access them through a browser they work fine. It must be the router as when I switch to my mobiles 5G network, it pops up and all loads fine. I have the same issue on my tablet. I don't really understand what the problem is. Any thoughts would be great, thanks!
