city life: World Edition the same as Deluxe?

Ok i no this isnt really a good game, but i want to give it ago as it looks interesting (and its only £15 on steam), looking at reviews, world edition adds more varitety into buildings and things which is what te game needed as everything before was all very similar, but the only one i see on steam is deluxe, is that the same?

World Edition is the expansion pack. Deluxe includes the original and the expansion I think.
