City Link Delivery

Would i be correct in saying that the earliest City Link will deliver is 9AM? i booked a pre 12 saturday delivery?

anyone know if thare are usualy anymore updates after this or is it on its way? if so need to go sit downstairs

I think they can/do deliver earlier - it's all dependant on where you are in relation to the depot, and on their route.

We had a delivery at about 6:45am one day with one of the couriers (they had a depot about 10 minutes away from us, and I think we were the first stop).

Earlier than I thought. How far are you away from the depo normally gives a good indication of the rough time. What u expecting?

6 miles is still quite far from the depot, I'm 3 miles from my DHL and they always come around lunctime for regular service.

Depends on there route. They'll have pretty much set times for big companies who have high volume. Then they set the rest around that.

Expect deliverys any time after 6:30 that's generally when people start there rounds.

The next update will either be delivered and signed for, or back at depot as no one was in.

However they will get it to you, as Saturday stuff is such a premium they make sure it's delivered.

absolutely sham, waited at the foot of the door playing on PSP, sat on the stairs from 7-11 chcked my emails and apparently at 10:19 they tried to deliver and carded, no card, no van, went to collect got there at 11:45 ish they shutup shop and had gone, just what i needed.

ask for your postage costs back and tell the retailer citylink is lying

i had 2 lots delivered today by Citylink from 2 different retailers, its the first time i havent been let down by them

everytime ive paid for next day or saturday and it hasnt arrived ive got all my delivery costs back, if citylink try to say they have delivered then kick up a stink

You need to speak to the retailer, NOT CityLink. CityLink have no contract with you.

Mate you were sat licking the letterbox.......They obviously did not come or have any intention to deliver. The van driver gets his overtime in and gets home in the morning all he has to say is no one answered...Thats it who is going to question him.

Definitely want your sat deliv money back..
