missed a delivery this morning. Could i get a family member to collect it tomorrow if they take my id with them? or do i need to be there?

They have never asked me for ID when I go to the depot to collect packages. Not that I go there very often as it is a 100 mile round trip.

Yeah, back on subject, they don't always ask for ID, but get them to take your passport or something to be safe
