I've given up trying to see who is the best courier as they all seem to have problems at one time or another. If something is being sent to me I'd contact the seller and let them chase up. If you paid for next day - get your money back.

PS Using DPD with OCUK has been very good.
 
I generally find city link pretty good, very reasonable prices when sending, and always seem as good as anybody else when it comes to their tracking system etc.
 
well i had a call back from a cs bloke and told me they have confirmed the item has def been lost in transit somewhere, they have contacted motherwell depot and it HAS, now wait for it, HAS NOT arrived there as they had checked with the driver and no item. so they have now told me to contact the seller and ask for either a replacement or refund and the seller then has to claim off city link.

now remember the parts in bold. well literally 2 mins after i came off phone to city link cs and being told that the depot and the driver have no knowledge of the parcel or receipt of it, the door went and lo and behold theres the delivery driver standing there with my parcel.
